Assalam Alaikum to everyone except Mubin.
Mubin, you have proven to be a traitor to the believers by selling your Deen for a few dollars and ignorant claims of “serving” the Ummah.
I honestly hope you know well about the Shari’ ruling about spying on Muslims for the Kuffaar. Undoubtedly, this makes one an Apostate. Even if those 18 brothers - and may Allah release them - were going to do Jihaad in Canada, that still doesn’t justify your actions from the Shari’ point of view.
Allah says,
يَا Ø£ÙŽÙŠÙّهَا الَّذÙينَ آمَنÙوا لا تَتَّخÙØ°Ùوا الْيَهÙودَ وَالنَّصَارَى أَوْلÙيَاءَ بَعْضÙÙ‡Ùمْ أَوْلÙيَاء٠بَعْض٠وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّهÙمْ Ù…ÙنْكÙمْ ÙÙŽØ¥Ùنَّه٠مÙنْهÙمْ Ø¥ÙÙ†ÙŽÙ‘ اللَّهَ لا يَهْدÙÙŠ الْقَوْمَ الظَّالÙÙ…Ùينَ
O You who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Auliyâ’ (friends, protectors, helpers, etc.), they are but Auliyâ’ to one another. And if any amongst you takes them as Auliyâ’, then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allâh guides not those people who are the Zâlimûn. (5:51)
I hope you know what the Salaf say about this aayah and the aayaat that follow.
And no, you are not excused by the rules of al-’Udhr bil Jahl.

Surely, you are an Apostate - yes I am making Takfeer of you - for what you have done and we will continue to see you like this because our Lord is clear on these matters in the Kitaab and our Messenger is clear on these matters in the Sunnah, and the Salaf have gone into great details regarding this. So perish in your rage.
I ask Allah to continue to make your life miserable until you either die in this state of Apostasy or repent and become of those who submit to Allah and do whatever it takes to release all of those brothers.

What a bloody bastard.
May Allah give him a painful torteous death in this life and raise him on his face draggin him to the gates of Hell, while he recalls how he spied on his OWN brothers in this dunya for a bunch of paper and fame. May Allah never light his path until he repents. I seriously pray and hope that Allah snatches everthing from him in the blink of an eye and reminds him of how he turned against his brothers.

FIRSTLY, if you knew even the first thing about what Awliyaah means - you know it is to take them OVER AND ABOVE the Muslims. A person who is connected to the scholarship of Ahlus Sunnah wa Al Jama’ah, who for all intents and purposes is of the Ummah (prays in Jama’ah, etc.) CANNOT be said to have taken the kuffar as awliyaah.
SECOND: YOU have also taken them as awliyaah - you take work from them, you frequent their businesses thus strengthening the kuffar system, you pay taxes that go to the building of the weaponry that kills other Muslims etc - why the hell are you still living here then?!

If you knew anything about the Nawaaqid al-Islaam, you would know that one of the nullifications of Islaam is what you did. And in this Deen, we judge from what is apparent. -What Mubin did was an act of kufr (riddah). This clearly makes him an apostate. There is much on this topic to be found everywhere.
-What those brothers were going to do, even if Mubin thought it wrong, was NOT an act of kufr. Not in Mubin’s wildest of dreams. Many scholars consider it perfectly legitimate.
And may Allaah (s.w.t) free them brothers from the prison of the Tawagheet.

SubhanAllah, you should see Mubin’s face in court. He came in court with so much pride, even the judge disliked him and rebuked him many times. He comes in and sits on the stand. And guess what he does??? Reads the Quran OUTLOUD. While the brothers are shackled in front of him, while the little kids cry out ‘Baba’ while the wives wipe off their tears, he sits reading quran out loud with so much pride. Wallahi, I would feel so much anger, and I would want to just grab the Quran from his filthy hands. I do not believe his tongue is worthy of reciting just noble words. ((And maybe he should try reciting Surah Munafiqqoon, he can understand himself better)
It eases my heart to know that everyone can see the evil in him. He has taken away the father of my daughter, who was few months when they took him. I see my husband’s face turn red, as he sits and lies on the stand. I had heard about this Mubin dude, but when I saw his face in court, my eeman increased, for I had never seen such an accursed face. All praise is for Allah the Lord of the worlds and may the Salah and the Salam be upon the most noble of the Prophets
and Messengers, our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and companions.
How right was al-Mutanabi when he said:
And beside the Romans there are Romans behind your back
So to which of your two sides will you turn?
”O you who believe, do not take the Christians and Jews as allies, they are allies to one another and whoever is an ally to them from amongst you, then indeed he is from them. Indeed AllÄh guides not the transgressing people.” (Qur’an 5:51)
”You see many of them taking the disbelievers as their allies. Evil indeed is that which their own selves have sent forward before them” (Qur’an 5:80)
Assisting the disbelievers against the muslims is a clear cut act of Kufr and the one who does this is expelled from the fold of Islaam and this is a matter of Ijmaa’.
So oh ‘mubin sheikh’ let not the size of your beard deceive you, and let not your salaah fool you, they will not benefit you in the least, you are indeed a Kaafir apostate. ”And miserable was the price for which they sold their souls, if only they knew!” (Qur’an 2:102)
We ask Allah ta’ala to bring his curse on you and to humiliate you in this life and the hereafter infront of all of his believing muwahidoon and not to give you a moment’s peace with that which you have earned by this hideous crime of yours against our brothers (fakAllahu asrahum).
I remind my brothers and sisters to let this be another reminder of what we are facing and the cunning nature and tactics these munafiqoon use to aid this crusade against Islaam by trying to infiltrate into the ranks of those on the path of making Allah’s word supreme.
So turn to Allah subhana hu, and ask Allah to expose the traitors in our midst and to bring about their destruction and humiliation by the hands of his believing slaves.

i dont understand these people who say” i was helping the muslims” by handing over muslims to kuffar for the crime they didnt commit…subhanaAllah if you cared so much about muslims why didnt you tell these 18 brothers that you were going to hand them over if they went ahead….but no you had a job to do for the kuffar….
