An important announcement from At-Tibyān regarding a mistake in their book March 30, 2008

The following was posted on the Tibyān forum:

As it is most likely known to everyone, a book was released by us some time back regarding the ruling on intentionally targeting and killing the women and children of kuffaar as retribution for their intentional attacks and killing of Muslim women and children. There was a mistranslation by the Brother who compiled that book, may Allaah free him, in which he translated the Hadeeth of Al-Miswar Ibn Makhramah and Mu’aawiyah Ibn Al-Hakam, and in it came, that the Messenger of Allaah, صلى الله عليه وسلم, said, “Advise me! Do you think we should target the children of those who helped them (the enemies), so we kill them; and if they remain sitting, then they will sit as those whose families have been killed, and property been seized, even if they survive.” The mistranslation was in “…so we kill them…” The Arabic is “… فَنُصِيبَهُمْ…” Literally translated this would be “…so we attain them…” or “…so we take them…”, or similar meanings along these lines. This was explained by Ibn Hajar in “Fat’h Al-Baaree” when explaining a different narration. He said, “…so he would capture their women….” The cause for the mistranslation was the Brother understanding this from the translation of this Hadeeth by Muhammad Muhsin Khan as “…destroy…” in the place of “…kill…”, as well as Shaykh Aboo Qataadah using this Hadeeth within his Fatwaa of the permissibility of intentionally killing the women and children of the Algerian soldiers in order to stop them from killing the women and children of the Mujaahideen. Based on this mistranslation, and not the overall idea of the book, we are requesting the following: For those of you who did not know his before, this should be enough for you to not spread this book any longer, or to remove it from your possession. Also, you need to tell anyone you know that has this book that this error is present in this book. Please spread this message to any forums, blogs, websites, or anywhere else where you know or suspect the book was spread. It is not present on either of our blogs, and has not been present on our forum for a long time now. Eventually, after completing some of our current projects, the book will be re-released with this error along with a few other more minor ones rectified. There will also be a few additions to it as well.

Quietly, the UAE deployed their Army in Afghanistan to help the Crusaders

Jazakullah Khair to the brother who sent it to us.

The Murtad UAE Major, Ghanem al-Mazroui (Qatalahummullaah) said,

“We try to convince the people about the US, about British. They came here to give you peace.”

To sum it up, nobody really knew that the UAE had sent their own army to Afghanistan to give support to the Kuffaar. Clearly, they are Murtadeen and we ask Allah to dishonor these Arabs that have no Islaam.

Some might say, “but the article doesn’t suggest that they came for the purpose of fighting… rather it states that they are mainly there to give supplies, food, and support to the Afghan people under the protection of the US Army…”

We say: this is the tactic of a snake. The US and NATO are full of Kuffaar and the majority of them were born Mushrikeen. So in order to “win the hearts” as they say, they would need help from a Muslim land to make the Afghan populace feel comfortable about the US Invasion of Afghanistan.

By using the UAE Army and telling them to focus on giving aid and support to the Afghan people, the Crusaders are hoping that the Afghans can now be a little less irritated about the Kaafir soldiers that walk around the Islaamic land. By bringing in the UAE Army - an army full of Arabs that speak the language of the Qur’aan and Sunnah - you now have a device to soften the hearts of the people in hopes that these two races will come to love each other through the Qur’aan and Sunnah.

Sickening.

We admit it’s an intelligent tactic from the side of the Kuffaar - perhaps a tactic borrowed from the British “divide and conquer” - but in reality, it is sickening to see such blatant Nifaaq and Kufr coming from the UAE. It’s like a dog eating its own vomit.

How can one call themselves Muslim and be a military tool for a Crusader Army that seeks to fight those who wish to establish a Global Caliphate based on Shari’ah?

May Allah’s curse be upon the Murtadeen of UAE.

May Allah allow the “freedom fighters” to strike terror into their hearts.

May Allah destroy the Crusaders and Apostates.

May Allah give victory to those who are on the Haqq.

Why do they (Tawāghīt) punish them (Mujāhidīn)?

And they punished them, because the Mujāhidīn got infuriated due to the Istihzā’ (mockery) against Allāh, the Messenger, and the Symbols of Islām in the media outlets; yet the Tawāghīt want the “Freedom of Kufr” – as long as it doesn’t touch [threaten] their thrones – and the Tawāghīt want that revilement of Allāh and His Messenger becomes something accustomed to the people, until there is none left who possesses Ghīrah (pride) for the Dīn of Allāh.

And the Mujāhidīn seek to establish the Symbol of Islām of ‘Enjoining the Good, and Forbidding the Evil’, and they refuse to let the Dīnbe distorted right in front of their faces. And they want the Symbol of Enjoining the Good and Forbidding the Evil to be in accordance to the requisites of the Divine Legislation, not the requisites of the government; and for the Truth to be spoken, whether the kings are pleased by it, or detest it. But the Tawāghīt desire to distort the Dīn whenever they want, without being condemned; and wish that Enjoining the Good and Forbidding the Evil is kept within the boundaries and containment of their laws; and that the Divine Legislation is completely under their whims and desires.

And they punished the Mujāhidīn, because they fight the mushrikīn collectively[1], and they lie in wait for them at each and every place of ambush [2] . But the Tawāghīt want to fight against the People of Islām, and protect the People of Idols [3] ; and they want to cancel the Sharī’ah completely, and to label Jihād as “terrorism and transgression” – and that people take the opposite as their Dīn, of “peace with, surrendering to, and coexisting with the infidels”…

“Enough! You’ve said enough! The matter has become clear to me now. But will the atrocities of the Tawāghīt, and their killing of theMuwahhidīn go just like that – without any recompense?!”

[1] “… and fight against the mushrikīn collectively, as they fight against you collectively.” [At-Tawbah: 36].

[2] “So slay the mushrikīn wherever you find them, take hold of them, encircle them and lie in wait to ambush them on each and every path.” [At-Tawbah: 5].

[3] The Prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم mentioned regarding the Khawārij, that “They will kill the Followers of Islām, and let go of the Followers of the Idols.” Refer to“Thilāl Al-Jannah Takhrīj As-Sunnah” (910) by Ibn Abī ‘Āsim رحمه الله , classified as “Sahīh” by Shaykh Nāsir Al-Albānī رحمه الله . Also narrated similarly by Al-Bukhārī رحمه الله in “Kitāb Al-Anbiyā’” (3166). Also narrated by Muslim, An-Nasā’ī, Abū Dāwūd and Ahmad. All from Abū Sa’īd Al-Khudrī رضي الله عنه .

To Geert,

Verily, our religion will stay the same till the Day of Judgment. We are happy that there are people like you to expose themselves to the wrath of Allah. We are also happy because it makes us comfortable knowing that there are true enemies of Islaam as Allah has mentioned in the Qur’aan.

We are not interested in condemning this or condemning that, but we are interested in letting you know that Islaam will dominate all of Europe, including your hometown, and the Jizyah will be established upon your Country, leaving all of the disbelievers in humiliation until they come to Islaam. Let us remind that there are thousands of Muslims living near you; so always expect the unexpected.

Near the end of your film, you wrote,

For it is not up to me, but to Muslims themselves to tear out the hateful verses in the Qur’an.

This statement of yours proves a verse in the Qur’aan:

And never will the Jews nor the Christians be pleased with you till you follow their Millah (way of life/form of religion). (2:120)

So by Allah’s grace, He has shown us another practical example of a Kaafir (i.e., that would be you Geert) who will never be pleased with the Muslims until we follow their form of religion.

By Allah, the only thing that we will tear is your heart, the heart of democracy, and the heart of those who fight the Muslims. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) promises dominance, and so we too promise dominance. And how will you be O Geert, when Prophet Jesus returns to earth from the heavens and destroys Christianity and wages Jihaad against the world successfully?

That time is coming very soon.

You also said,

The Government insists that you respect Islam, but Islam has no respect for you.

One can write volumes on this, but in short: Islaam doesn’t respect the disbelieving Governments.

You said,

Islam wants to rule, submit, and seeks to destroy our western civilization.

Correct.

Just as your civilization seeks to destroy ours, our civilization seeks to devastate yours. Take a guess as to when we’ll stop.

You wrote,

Now the Islamic ideology has to be defeated.

As long as this world exists, you can never destroy the Islaamic ideology; and our ideology is meant for expansion.

You wrote,

Stop Islamisization, Defend our Freedom.

We say: stop democracy, and defend your basic human rights.

But we don’t hate you for your freedoms as we don’t consider those freedoms. We hate you for your disbelief and defiance.

So keep warning, and we too will keep warning. Islaam denounces Democracy, Islaam denounces Christians and Jews, Islaam denounces the corruption of the disbelievers upon the earth, and Islaam is coming to crush the armies of disbelief and smash the false governments and religions of the world to bring humanity from darkness into light.

Although we hate you for the sake of Allah and pray for your destruction, we are happy that you made this film because no matter how negative the disbelievers try to portray Islaam, in the end, it is Islaam that spreads far and wide. The media in America did its best to portray Islaam as an evil religion after the 9/11 attacks, but just look to how many thousands of people accepted Islaam after the invasion. So Islaam will spread all over Europe, and we will win in the end and we will humiliate you in the end.

Congratulations Geert. Your movie has created more Mujaahideen amongst the Muslims.
