Speech’s English Translation of the Nainawa Province Media Spokesman “may Allah preserve him”
Under the title of:
“Help from Allah and Imminent Victory“
All praise and thanks are due to Allah, the One Who exalts Islam and Muslims, degrades the infidels and apostates, manages and regulates every affair wisely, gradually seizes the infidels with punishment, gives the good days and not so good to men by turns out of His justness and grants the blessed end to the pious by His grace.
And peace and blessings of Allah be upon our Prophet, whom Allah exalted Islam by his sword
Allah says in the Holy Quran : { Those (i.e. believers) unto whom the people (hypocrites) said, “Verily, the people (pagans) have gathered against you (a great army), therefore, fear them.” But it (only) increased them in Faith, and they said: “Allâh (Alone) is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs (for us). So they returned with Grace and Bounty from Allâh. No harm touched them; and they followed the good Pleasure of Allâh. And Allâh is the Owner of Great Bounty.}(3:173-174).
He also says: { And when the believers saw Al-Ahzâb (the Confederates), they said: “This is what Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad (peace be upon him)) had promised us; and Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad (peace be upon him)) had spoken the truth. And it only added to their faith and to their submissiveness (to Allâh).}(23:33).
Verily, Allah has blessed us with the Jihad in His cause, such blessing which we still enjoy and are proud of. So, infidels and apostates from all sides are expected to band together to fight the steadfast long-suffering Mujahideen, because this is what Allah and His Messenger have promised us.
The occupiers and their puppets are never pleased that Muslims are ruled by Allah’s law, because if this law is implemented all over the world for only one day, none of the infidels will survive. That is why the infidels and apostates and their troops and allies have gathered to fight the soldiers of the Islamic State of Iraq, which has taken on the responsibility of fighting Allah’s enemies wherever they are.
But we are today bringing glad tidings to the Muslim nation that the soldiers of the Islamic State are well prepared to face the crusaders and their allies of the apostates, and since the first day of the so-called ” Operation of Lion’s Roar “, we have taken the field and started attacking the apostates from the police and army.

It is clear that jihad is now obligatory upon every Muslim, yet there is the one who protests that he is in need of educating himself, that jihad is divided into stages, and that he is still in the stage of struggling against his nafs (inner self), proving this by the classification of jihad made by Imaam Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jawziyyah in which he said:
“Jihaad is of four stages: jihaad al-nafs (striving against the self), jihaad al-shayaateen (striving against the shayaateen or devils), jihaad al-kuffaar (striving against the disbelievers) and jihaad al-munaafiqeen (striving against the hypocrites). Jihaad al-nafs means striving to make oneself learn true guidance, and to follow it after coming to know it, calling others to it, and bearing with patience the difficulties of calling others to Allaah. Jihaad al-Shaytaan means striving against him and warding off the doubts and desires that he throws at a person, and the doubts that undermine faith, and striving against the corrupt desires that he tries to inspire in a person. Jihaad against the kuffaar and munaafiqeen is done in the heart and on the tongue, with one’s wealth and oneself. Jihaad against the kuffaar mostly takes the form of physical action, and jihaad against the munaafiqeen mostly takes the form of words… The most perfect of people are those who have completed all the stages of jihaad. People vary in their status before Allaah according to their status in jihaad.” (Zaad al-Ma’aad 3/9-12)
Using this as evidence notifies us of either ignorance or the evil cowardice of the one who is behind it, because Ibn al-Qayyim classified Jihad into categories and not stages, otherwise we would have to stop struggling against the Shaytaan until we are finished with the stage of struggling against the inner self!
But the truth is that these three categories proceed together on a straight line. However, we do not deny that the person who has a stronger Iman and practices jihad of the nafs among us will be firmer (in Jihad). But he who studies the Seerah (life of the Messenger sallallahu alayhe wa salam) will find that when jihad was called for, all the people used to march forth in the cause of Allah even those who committed al-Kabaa’ir (major sins) as well as those who were new in Islaam. It was narrated that a man embraced Islam during a battle, partook the battle and was martyred, so the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhe wa salam) said of him: “A small amount of deeds but a great reward.” (This was in relation to a man called al-Usairim who did not embrace Islam until the day of battle of Uhud, and yet never prayed neither one unit of salah nor fasted on day of his life, but was given glad tidings of such reward.) Also, there is a story of Abu Mahjan ath-Thaqafi who drank alcohol, but his Jihad against the Persians was so famous. Ibn al-Qayyim mentioned that the hadeeth saying:
“We have come back from the minor jihad to the major one” someone asked: “What is the major Jihad O Messenger of Allah?” he replied: “Jihad of the nafs,”
It is a fabrication. (This report, collected by Bayhaqi is fabricated as mentioned in Mannaar as-Subl of Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah).
The reason behind the fabrication (of this hadeeth) is to belittle the value of fighting by the sword so as to divert the Muslims from fighting the disbelievers and hypocrites.

This is a message to all those who label the Mujaahideen and Mujaahideen Shuyookh of today as Khawaarij such as Shaykh Yusuf bin Saalih al-’Uyayree, Shaykh Abu Yahya al-Libbi, and so on…
If you call us Khawaarij, then answer these points for us:
1. A quality of the Khawaarij is that they are merciful with the Kuffaar. Tell us, O you with intellect, when was the last time you saw the Mujaahideen showing mercy to the Kuffaar? When was the last time you saw the Mujaahideen show smiles to the faces of the Kuffaar and frowns to the faces of the Muslims? When was the last time you saw the Mujaahideen holding hands with Bush and Condoleezza Rice? And when was the last time you saw the Mujaahideen kissing the cheeks of the Zionist Olmert and working on deals with the Kaafir tyrant Putin? And when was the last time you saw the Mujaahideen hold hands with the treacherous Shi’a who oppresses the Sunnah of Iran, Ahmadinejad? And when was the last time you saw the Mujaahideen strike similar goals with Dick Cheney in the house of criminality (i.e., White House)? And when was the last time you saw the Mujaahideen walk the red carpet with Prince Charles and smiling with Queen Elizabeth?
Why are these questions reminding us of King ‘Abdullah and his likes?
2. Another quality of the Khawaarij is that they make Takfeer of the Muslims who commit sins which do not expel them from the Religion. Some of you call the Mujaahideen as Kaafir and Khawaarij for rebelling against the rulers of today that don’t rule by Shari’ah. Tell us, O you who claim to have some knowledge, if the Salaf have classified the sin of rebellion (bughaat) against the Khaleef as a sin which does not expel one outside the fold of Islaam, then why do you make it a sin which nullifies the Shahaadah? Why do you make them equal to the Khawaarij?
3. Another quality of the Khawaarij is that they show harshness towards the Muslims. So if the Mujaahideen really had this quality, then why do we see the Saudi Government give the Crusaders a base to attack ‘Iraaq and Afghanistan to kill thousands of Muslims - both combatant and non-combatant - and we don’t see you call them Khawaarij? Where is the justice? And how often do you read the military reports of the Mujaahideen to know for sure that they go around killing Muslims? What report of theirs made mention of this? We know very well that you get your knowledge and verification from the Faasiq and Kaafir media outlets who still, to this day, cannot prove that the Mujaahideen carry out those car bombings in marketplaces in ‘Iraaq.
Since the Mujaahideen do not have these qualities (of the Khawaarij), then what gives you the right to call them the dogs of the hellfire when they are out defending your Deen, your honor, your respect, and your lands?! And we all know that verily, man is fallible and is prone to mistakes and the Mujaahideen are not an exception to this rule. So why is it that if they make a mistake to which they openly ask forgiveness for (because of their incapability or misunderstanding or mishandling or slip) - such as the bombings of the hotel in Jordan which killed the Zionists but since the blast was bigger than they expected, it killed those who were attending a wedding ceremony - why is it that you label them Khariji for these acts which they have repented for and weeped over?! Or do you deliberately ignore their statements and their words to the Ummah? …And how bad it is to always assume evil from amongst the Mujaahideen to the point that your evil assumptions becomes a sin in the eyes of Al-Jabbaar!

An example of Allah’s curse upon a US Soldier

This news item is an example of what happens when Allah’s curse is upon the US Soldier, wallahu ‘Alam. It can come in different ways; this just happens to be one of those ways which are the scariest. Alhamdullilaah, a huge percentage of US Soldiers are cursed with PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder); we ask Allah to curse more American soldiers.
In addition, we ask Allah to make the American soldiers realize that the only way out of the curse is to sincerely convert to Islaam.
Memories of Iraq haunted soldier until suicide
WASHINGTON — Until the day he died, Sgt. Brian Rand believed he was being haunted by the ghost of the Iraqi man he killed.
The ghost choked Rand while he slept in his bunk, forcing him to wake up gasping for air and clawing at his throat.
He whispered that Rand was a vampire and looked on as the soldier stabbed another member of Fort Campbell’s 96th Aviation Support Battalion in the neck with a fork in the mess hall.
Eventually, the ghost told Rand he needed to kill himself.
According to family members and police reports, on Feb. 20, 2007, just a few months after being discharged from his second tour of duty in Iraq, Rand smoked half of a cigarette as he wrote a suicide note, grabbed a gun and went to the Cumberland River Center Pavilion in Clarksville, Tenn. As the predawn dark pressed in, he breathed in the wintry air and stared out at the park where he and his wife, Dena, had married.
Then he placed the gun to his head and silenced his inner ghosts.
“My brother was afraid to ask for help,” said April Somdahl. “And when he finally did ask for help the military let him down.”
Since the start of the Iraq war, Fort Campbell, a sprawling installation on the Kentucky-Tennessee border, has seen a spike in the number of suicides and soldiers suffering from severe post traumatic stress disorder, or PTSD.
In 2007, nine soldiers from Fort Campbell committed suicide — three during the first few weeks of October, according to a letter to base personnel by the 101st Airborne Division’s commander, Maj. Gen. Jeffrey Schloesser.

Fort Campbell’s suicide record tracks with a national upsurge — 99 active-duty troops committed suicide in 2006, the highest rate in nearly three decades, according to the Pentagon.
According to the Army, more than 2,000 active-duty soldiers attempted suicide or suffered serious self-inflicted injuries in 2007, compared to fewer than 500 such cases in 2002, the year before the United States invaded Iraq.
A recent study by the nonprofit Rand Corp. found that 300,000 of the nearly 1.7 million soldiers who’ve served in Iraq or Afghanistan suffer from PTSD or a major mental illness, conditions that are worsened by lengthy deployments and, if left untreated, can lead to suicide.

Then one day, while standing guard near the Green Zone, Rand killed an Iraqi man.
“The spirit of the man that he killed didn’t leave him, it kept harassing him,” Somdahl said of her brother. “He said this guy is following me around in the mess hall, he’s trying to kill me. I told him to leave me alone but he says he wants to take me with him.’”
To help ease his nightly terrors, April would log onto her computer and talk to her brother over the Internet until he fell asleep.
She ended every conversation the same way.
“Sleep well, baby boy. Tomorrow is a new day.”
But when he returned from Iraq in 2005, Brian Rand was a different man.
His voice was distant. His jokes were morbid. He moved as if trapped in a nightmare.
At his family’s behest, he finally sought counseling at a hospital near Fort Campbell. He later told his sister the waiting room was full of soldiers who went in for 10-minute visits with a psychiatrist and came out with prescriptions for pills.

Months after he returned to Iraq in November 2005, Rand picked up a fork, stabbed a fellow soldier in the neck in the mess hall, then crawled into the fetal position and sobbed. The soldiers in Rand’s unit picked him up and carried him over to a phone, dialed his sister and placed the phone to his ear.
“I asked why did you do that?” Somdahl said. “He said I thought I was a vampire. I said, you’re going to get a punishment, but maybe they’ll let you come home.”
They didn’t, at least not right away.
When he did return in August 2006, he answered “yes” to questions on a post-deployment health assessment form that asked if he was having nightmares, mood swings and felt hopeless, according to his wife, who has copies of his medical paperwork.
But his demons followed him home.
“He wanted to hibernate with me, he started to be more clingy,” Dena Rand said. “One day he got upset and he started punching himself and gave himself a black eye. He went to formation with that black eye.”
Eventually Rand’s thoughts turned to death.
“He had a rifle that his wife bought for him,” his mother said. “He had been rehearsing (the suicide) by putting it to his mouth and threatening his wife that he would do it. I asked him if he was serious, he said no.”
He also became increasingly violent toward his pregnant wife, and his stepdaughter once had to call the police.
O Allah! These Kuffaar come to our land, kill our women and children. They rape our women and shoot the innocent. They establish their Shirk and spread their Kufr. They commit Fasaad and Fawaahish upon our lands in the name of their Shirk. They kill your slaves and torture them severely. They imprison the weak and make their lives miserable. They deceive the world with their “kindness” to the citizens, but You know best how deep their hypocrisy goes. They spread their Religion of Shirk upon our lands. They lie to the world about their actions just to hide their war crimes. They shoot Your Masaajid with content and happiness. They flush Your Kalaam to provoke the Muslimeen. They shoot Your Kalaam and write insults upon it to show their anger towards You. They insult You and Your Prophet wherever they go.
O Allah, curse them.
O Allah, curse them.
O Allah, curse them.
Destroy the lives of each of these wicked soldiers.
Make them taste humiliation in this life and the next.
Ya Allah! Ya Jabbaar! Ya al-Qawee! Curse these soldiers and make them an example for all nations after them. Make all the nations realize that if they fight You and Your Messenger, You will punish them with a severe punishment.
SKY News:: White Phospherous Anger: Could Fallujah Bombing Be Behind Birth Defects?

Birth deformities are now rampant ever since the bombing. SKY News has given a short report about it. These Kaafir criminals will pay bi idhnillaah. We ask Allah to destroy them.
Families in the Iraqi city of Fallujah are calling for an investigation into their claims of a rise in the number of birth defects.
Three-year-old Fatima Ahmed
They have raised concerns about the weapons used by American forces in 2004 - when Fallujah suffered one of the heaviest bombardments of the entire war in Iraq.
The evidence is anecdotal because there are no records from the era of Saddam Hussein to compare their stories against.
But Hikmat Tawfeeq, deputy chairman of the Fallujah-based human rights group Alakhiyar said: “We have around 200 cases of deformities recorded by our society. Most of these cases are birth deformities which have arisen after the bombing of Fallujah.”
Campaigners say officials are reluctant to speak out publicly, but at Fallujah’s children’s hospital one doctor told Sky News in the past month she has seen one or two cases of birth deformities every day.
An opthalmologist said he deals with four or five cases of newborn babies every week suffering from some form of eye deformity - and that has risen in the last two years.At one of the cemeteries in Fallujah, undertaker Mahmoud Hummadi said he usually buries four to five bodies of newborns every day and most of them are deformed.
Phosphorus over Fallujah in 2004
Fallujah today still bears the scars of a time when it represented the backbone of the Sunni insurgency - a power-base America decided it had to break.
April and November 2004 saw some of the heaviest bombardments of the war in Iraq, including the controversial use of white phosphorous.
It is a highly flammable material which ignites when it comes into contact with oxygen, causing severe burns.
In a statement to Sky News the US military said it had used white phosphorus in Fallujah but primarily as a smokescreen and not as an incendiary weapon.
US troops bombed the city
The families say doctors have raised concerns to them about what kinds of materials were used by the Americans in order to achieve their military goals.
Fatima Ahmed is three years old. Small and lifeless she barely moves, burdened by two heads on her tiny frame.
Her mother Shukriya says doctors have been unable to diagnose exactly what has caused Fatima’s condition.
But her father Jassim, when asked who he held responsible for his daughter’s condition, said: “It’s because of the war - it’s the flagrant aggression they launched against us. What they dropped in Fallujah God knows.”
We showed our findings from Fallujah to Alastair Hay, a professor of environmental toxicology at Leeds University.
He is currently investigating injuries caused to children during the war in Iraq. He says without an independent medical study it is impossible to say for sure what has caused the deformities and how they may be linked.
But he says there has never been a study examining if there ARE links between white phosphorus and birth deformities.
