When the women of this world are compared to the women of Jannah, there is absolutely no comparison in any aspect. The women of Jannah are far superior than the women of this dunya. The most beautiful woman of this dunya might get one excited, but if you were to see the Hoor al-’Ayn…

You’ll probably die of pleasure by just looking at her. Wallahu ‘Alam.

This is not to degrade the women of dunya b/c we cannot live without them; it is also Sunnah to marry, so there is nothing better than the Sunnah.

What about the sayings of shaykhs that say the women of this world are going to be better and more beautiful than the hoors! insha Allaah! now I will start quoting you and arguing…

“The women of Jannah are far superior than the women of this dunya.”

The hoors don’t go through tests and hardships they don’t ever get mentally hurt and shaytan never bothers them
while the women of this world have to go through so much
how can the hoors be better then!?

“but if you were to see the Hoor al-’Ayn…
You’ll probably die of pleasure by just looking at her. Wallahu ‘Alam. ”

I’ll be 100% better looking than the hoors if I enter jannat insha Allaah

I think any women that read “The women of Jannah are far superior than the women of this dunya.” will feel very sad
and yeah it would also make her feel degraded

Allaah is most just and wise I will just ask Allaah after I die.

oh and I once read somewhere that when a man will enter jannat and meet the hoors and then after that meet his wife that was in this world (or whatever meet his bint Adam human wife) he will forget whatever he saw of the hoors because his human wife will be so much more beautiful and I think ibn al Qayyim said it…

You are confusing issues. Allow me to clarify:

1. Yes, when the women of this dunya enter Jannah, they will be more beautiful than the Hoor. I never denied that.

2. When I say the Hoor al-’Ayn are “better,” I am referring to the ahadeeth regarding them such as if one of them were to spit in the ocean, all of the oceans would become pure. Can the women of dunya do this today?

That was my point.

The Hoor al-’Ayn are far more superior to them in this respect.

But if our Muslim wives make it to Jannah, then yes, they will be more beautiful than the Hoor. And don’t forget, the Shaheed receives 72 Hoor al-’Ayn.

He is the Mujahid from Saudi Arabia that did the martyrdom operation in Pakistan that blew up the Danish Embassy.

You don’t need a Shaykh when you have Muhammad sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam.

Honestly, I don’t know what’s so hard to understand…

The Mujahid sells his life for Allah and lives as a warrior till death overtakes him; surely, he deserves the best of rewards, does he not?

The description of the Hoor al-’Ayn in the ahadeeth are there to increase the love for Jihad.

Asalamu Alaikum M

I was listening to a lecture and the shaykh mentions a hadith, which I’m still looking for. Prophet sallahu alayhi wasallam was sitting in a gathering and was giving description of Hoor al ‘Ayn, and Aisha (ra) was listening, and after listening to few descriptions, she stood up, and started mentioning that the women of this dunya do and what the Hoor Al ‘Ayn cannot do. She was very upset. So Rasul Allah sallahu alayhi wasallam smiled and said ” You have surpassed them” << I’m paraphrasing the hadith. I’ve been looking for it, I hope someone can help me find it

Sometimes we feel upset because we have not seen what is stored for us women in Jannah, we concentrate on what the men are getting. That should not concern us. Allah is Just, and He will reward the women just as generously as He will reward the men.

Also I think the reason why men mention Hoor Al Ayn all the time, is because one of their greatest obstacle in pleasing Allah, are women of this dunya..So in order to deal with it, they look forward to women of Paradise, so they can crush their desire for women of this dunya and remove that obstacle.

Dont worry.!!! The hoor ul een is only more beautiful than all the women of the dunyaa, but once inshaAllaah with the mercy of Allaah, we enter Jannah, we will be more beautiful than them…
can you imagine??? we are more beautiful than the hoor whom if one of them were to spit in the ocean, all of the oceans would become pure…. mashaAllaah wa laahawlaawalaaqoowata illaabillaah…

may Allaah let us be those who living as siddeeqaat and die as part of shuhaadaa’ and entering jannah al firdaws, ameeen ya RABB…

and there we shall be far better than those HOOR…

No, not unless they become the women of Jannah…

That’s where the Hoor are superior in their beauty; in Jannah however, when our wives enter it, it’s a different story and as you said, they will be more superior than the Hoor.

That was my point.

I understand your point. It was so correct. It has nothing wrong but sometimes women like us just need a little encouragment since we are already acknowledged that we are less superior than man in many aspects.

Please try to understand us woman. Can you imagine if this allow for women as well? Like for example a women if she fought for allah she shall get a man who is better than any man? and this women writing a poem that she didnt wanna to marry any man in this world since the man in this world has nothing compare to the man in jannah.. and she keep saying ‘“The Man of Jannah are far more superior to them in this respect.” How would you feel?
Well may be you feel nothing cos u are a man… we are just different brother. Man and woman always perceive things differently.

Akhee revolution, you have to consider the jealousy and the feelings of sisters when you talk about such issues.

When you compare the women of this world (i.e. at this very moment) with the Hoor, obviously the Hoor are better, since one is on the Earth and the other in Jannah. But when you compare these same women of the dunya who have, by Allah’s Mercy, made it into Jannah, they are better than the Hoor.

What I’m trying to say is that the background for comparison is different. Atm, we’re comparing something in the Dunya with something in Jannah, but when you equal this constant out by making a comparison when both are in Jannah, our wives will be better inshallah.

Muslim women have no worries. Allah promises everyone anything they please. So if you want the same as men there is no doubt Allah will fulfil his promise.
“trays of gold cups will be passed round them; therein all that inner-selves could desire and all that eyes could delight in and you will abide therein forever”
