The Muslim World Must Free Itself from this Failing Capitalist System October 20, 2008

The historic events of the past few weeks cannot be overstated. Even the IMF has come to terms that the western financial system is on the brink of meltdown. The economic fallout is predicted to be huge, with recession likely to hit major western economies. The extent of the inevitable political fallout is hard to predict as the USA, the world’s only superpower, is teetering on the edge of bankruptcy. Many view the USA as the world new ‘sick man’. But global markets and economies are so intertwined if this ‘sick man’ falls, many states could be crushed beneath. At this time of crisis, The Muslim world has a huge opportunity and responsibility. For as leaders in the west flounder for solutions to this crisis in Capitalism – a crisis that was as inevitable as night follows day, due to inherent flaws in the system – Islam has real solutions in this field that would prevent the seismic shocks this inherently unstable free market will always produce with its cyclical boom and bust. capitalism_large.jpgSo what are some of the key problems and how does Islam’s system contrast:
1. Unrestrained credit creation because of the interest based economy.
An interest based system means that banks will always seek to maximize profits from lending. In doing so, they have lent more than they possess in assets by an enormous scale. There has been no effective regulation or restraint on the system and this model reaped huge profits. However, the knock-on effects on the rest of the economy are set to be colossal – on businesses, individuals who are set to lose their jobs and on the taxpayer who has effectively absorbed the risk whilst bankers have made the profits.
The Islamic system prohibits the giving or taking of interest payments, so naturally avoids the get rich quick schemes from lending. Investment of wealth is in the real economy where sharing of risks and rewards is between business partners without banking middle men who control the flow of credit to their advantage.
2. Paper based currencies.
In the free market model money is not backed by any commodity. Governments bail themselves out of debt by simply printing more money or extending credit lines. We have seen the inflationary effects of this in an exponential rise in fuel and food prices this year – leaving people in poor countries on the brink of starvation. The fragile nature of these paper based currencies was exposed in the late 1990’s with currencies collapsing in South East Asian due to market speculation. Currently, the US is massively in debt (<10 trillion dollars). The US will ultimately pay much less (to their creditors like China, Japan, etc) when the dollar depreciates further (as it has been) through their accelerated printing. But the cost of this falls back on the ordinary citizens – through greater taxes, cuts in social/health service spending and a rise in the cost of living that is the result of printing more money.
The Islamic system has a stable and real currency based on gold and silver standard which cannot be created by the state treasury out of thin air. This means that money has a real value behind them and forces people to live within their means. They cannot artificially create wealth for a few, ultimately creating misery for the many.
3. Financial services industry is out of control and is effectively a gambling market.
The derivatives industry is not the real economy but betting or ‘hedging’ on how markets/measures of the real economy will move. This market is “estimated” at 600 to 1,000 trillion dollars and is 10-20 times larger than the real global economy at $50 trillion. The counterparty risks (other side of the contract) are so large and widespread now that many banks, pension funds, investment funds, hedge funds and even countries (Iceland for example) could collapse. The domino effect of these failures will be massive and has the potential to bring the whole economy down – it will likely be too large for many governments to cope with.
The Islamic system has a clear regulation of company law, anti-gambling legislation, prohibits short-selling and non-futures contracts, and specific laws regulating the sale/purchase of commodities and currencies. Islam has clear financial contract laws controlling all of these excesses which are predictable and preventable.
4. The Free Market!
Capitalism now stands on the brink. Economies, staggering from crisis to crisis, now require massive state intervention and nationalisation. This runs completely counter to their very own principles. Their notion of the “free market” has been exposed as a lie, and has failed. The official response - a promise of new and better regulation – has an appalling track record of dealing with underlying problems (where has Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) post Enron era helped in the current crisis?). It is also contradictory to the “free market” philosophy. Regulation merely presents a challenge for traders to look for loopholes to run legitimate trade, but by the same rules that produce the crisis we are currently witnessing.
The Islamic system has a system of ruling and economy which is transparent, stable and has a track record of consistent success over several centuries. Rulers are subject to the law and do not invent new laws at the first crisis. When a system is so fragile that it needs constant amendment what does that say about the system?
It could be said that the Islamic system provides the only truly stable free market. The fixed laws of regulation cannot be changed by a whim and powerful lobbies – and people can invest and trade in a market freely within those rules.
So where are the Muslims today? Islam has the solutions to this crisis, yet it is nowhere to be seen in the Muslim world. We sit idly by and watch the world economy fail with untold misery to a large percentage of the world population. Furthermore, regimes in the Muslim world - who have invested heavily in propping up this failed system, at the expense of their own population – may see their economies crushed under the falling ‘sick-man’ of the United States.
Our countries and their corrupt regimes are part of the problem and if anything are helping to try and prop up the failing system (sovereign wealth funds, bank bailouts, and even having their currencies pegged to the US$). Many non-Muslims will be shaken to the very core by this crisis; they have never experienced anything like it. They are interested in alternatives and we must be there to present the only alternative.
It is time for the Muslim world to liberate itself from this failed system, establish the Caliphate (al-Khilafah) and a model market that others will see, Insha’Allah, provides an inherently more stable and just system, not pandering and fuelling the greed of human nature, coupled with the responsibility to help the poorest in society such that wealth does not remain the monopoly of a few.
Points of notice on the downtime of the Online Jihad Network October 8, 2008

As many have started to note, the major Jihadi Networks - such as al-Ekhlaas (which is the cream of the crop), al-Firdaws, Al-Ma’arik al-Salafiyya, Shura and al-Faloja - have been down for about a month. For those who don’t know, these are the forums which give the official and authentic voice of the Mujahideen and their views. They are vital forums because they chiefly develop the Salafi-Jihadi culture. The majority of what you see on this blog is from these forums such as the videos, statements, translations and whatnot. Our actual contribution to the Jihadi culture is very little compared to what we import. And since many of the Kuffaar are terrified of this blog as well as the amount of them in the Government Agencies that keep tap of it, you can imagine just how high-ranking these forums are. For these forums to be hacked is a very big deal.
However, there are some points and reminders that are important to lay out regarding this situation for those who are both informed of this as well as those who are new to this:
- Taking down the forums does not kill the Jihadi culture entirely since this culture is firmly rooted in the Qur’an and Sunnah. Those who stick to the traditional method are those who revive this culture whether they do so consciously or not. This is a reminder for the Kuffaar that are celebrating behind their monitors; the inevitable result of shutting down the forums is that there will be other channels to revive the culture.
- The Companions of Muhammad, sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam, were able to conquer a sizable amount of the world through their use of the pure tongue, beautiful character, and slashing sword. What makes us think that victory is impossible without the forums? The forums only play an additional and supportive role in this war against the Global Crusade. So we must remember to reform ourselves as much as possible since victory lies in this.
- In these difficult times for the Admins of the forums, we must not forget that they are technical experts in their respected IT fields. They are not ignorant youtube-google browsers that just stumble upon information; rather, these brothers are well-trained in their fields and they take their work very seriously. In this case, it could be that they are moving servers to different countries and building their security defenses from scratch, hence the long downtime. The point is one, two or three months of downtime doesn’t mean anything except that they are re-building their networks with more caution and vigor than before, In Sha’ Allah.
- The Kuffaar who celebrate on such occasions as these are the quickest to forget that there are minor forums and sites which the Mujahideen still get their statements and media releases across successfully. We have been seeing this work flawlessly for the past month on Arabic forums such as Ansar al-Jihad, Noon as-Salafiyya, Shamookh as well as non-Arabic forums that are not directly affiliated with the authentic Salafi-Jihadi voice.
- The active shutting down of the forums is a reminder to the Muslim Community worldwide that there is an actual struggle of the disbelievers to not give the Muslims a chance to express their thoughts and spread their media. It is clear that any form of media by the Muslims exposing the Western Governments is considered a threat; and this is a glad tiding to us that the disbelieving hypocrites are not pleased with our Millah (see 2:120) nor can they handle their weaknesses being exposed. Interestingly enough, the majority of what is put out on these forums are bits and pieces of guidance for the Muslim community in these troubling times; these documents, discussions, and books primarily focused on rectifying the ‘Aqeedah of the Muslims and clearing the thick cloud of dust from the air of international politics and religious issues. The fact that they were hacked by the disbelievers is a sign that these disbelievers don’t even want us to be guided and would rather want us to be misguided like them.
- Finally, it is a reminder to all of the believers that the internet war is only one part of this war against the West. The physical battle is the most important battle and this is where the success of the Ummah lies in. With Allah’s help, our Admins will help bring these forums back up and continue their Jihad of the tongue against the worldwide disbelief.
As America Collapses US Government Secret Plans Revealed October 6, 2008

On March 13th 2008 there was a secret closed door meeting of The United States House Of Representatives in Washington. In the history of The United States this is only the fourth time a secret meeting was held by the house. Even though Representatives are sworn to secrecy by House Rules XVII, some of the members were so shocked, horrified, furious, and concerned about the future of America by what was revealed to them inside the secret meeting, that they have started to leak this secret information to independent news agencies around the world. The mass media said almost nothing about the secret meeting of the House, mentioning only one of the items being discussed. (The new surveillance techniques that are going to be used by the U.S. Government to watch all American citizens). The story was first released in a newspaper out of Brisbane, Australia revealing the contents of the secret U.S. Government meeting and plans for America including all of it’s citizens. Shortly there after, David J. Meyer from Last Trumpet Ministries found it and made it more available for the world to see.
Here is what was revealed:
* The imminent collapse of the U.S. Economy to occur sometime in late 2008
* The imminent collapse of the U.S. Government finances sometime in mid 2009
* The possibility of Civil War inside the United States as a result of the collapse
* The advance round-ups of “insurgent U.S. Citizens” likely to move against the government
* The detention of those rounded up at The REX 84 Camps constructed throughout the United States
* The possibility of public retaliation against members of Congress for the collapses
* The location of safe facilities for members of Congress and their families to reside during massive civil unrest
* The necessary and unavoidable merger of The U.S. with Canada and Mexico establishing The North American Union
* The issuance of a new currency called the AMERO for all three nations as an economic solution.
Except for a few hundred thousand U.S. Patriots, most Americans have no clue what has really been going on within The United States over the past 100 years, and the sad thing is that most do not want to know the truth. The further you look into the rabbit hole, the deeper it gets. Go to any currency conversion site and convert U.S. dollars to Euros so you can see for yourself the massive decline of the dollar. Look at how much money is and has been spent on the Iraq War to date, ($12 billion per month). Look at our currency and when it stopped being backed by gold.
The Federal Reserve is not federal but a private bank who does not have Americans best interests at heart. We no longer have any manufacturing really based out of America and there is no way that our economy can survive this incredible strain very much longer. The IRS strong arms every American yearly with income taxes, yet there are no laws saying an income tax is to be paid.
The CIA is involved in everything from global drug trafficking and covert military missions, to assassinations around the world and including U.S. Soil. Look at JFK for instance. It did not take long after JFK announced that he was going disband the CIA that he was shot in Texas. America’s new StasiThe Department Of Homeland Security is and has been slowly eradicating our rights for a few years now. based organization called
House Bill H.R. 1955/S-1959 was read by the senate and then sent to DHS for some reason, but is now back and sure to pass. Once passed, this bill introduced by Jane Harman (D/CA), will be the proverbial last nail hammered into every American patriots coffin. H.R. 4279 or the Prioritizing Resources and Organization for Intellectual Property Act of 2008 which was recently passed by the U.S. House of Representatives, will give the government draconian powers to do just this. This legislation gives the government the power to seize property that facilitates the violation of intellectual property laws. The legislation also mandates the formation of a formal Intellectual Property Enforcement Division within the office of the Deputy Attorney General to enforce this insanity…
It has been revealed that F.E.M.A. has been building internment camps all over America granting Halliburton a massive $385 million dollar construction contract to make this happen. Most of these sites only need refurbished because they are mostly closed prisons, old WW2 internment camps still intact and other facilities taken over by the government. Some people have referred to them as F.E.M.A. Death Camps where the infamous Red list/Blue Lists will be used to decide who goes where.
Whether you believe that The NWO/Illuminati/Globalization is real or not, there is a lot of proof that exposes definite plans or plots by the rich, political and religious elite to bring on an era of the end times. It is almost like some individuals are trying to make bible prophecy come true in their own sick and twisted ways. Not to mention that the world only has about 10 to 15 years of drinking water left before the wars fought for oil today will be fought for water in the near future. It has been said that these powers want to depopulate the planet of over 30% of it’s human inhabitants in the coming years. Examine all of the executive orders that have been signed into place allowing the president to basically become dictator in control of all government from tribal to federal in the event of any national emergency.
If you did not know, In late 2006, Congress revised the Posse Comitatus Act and the Insurrection Act to make it far easier for a president to declare martial law. Those changes were repealed at the end of this January as part of Public Law 110-181 (HR 4986), the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (signed into law by President Bush on January 28, 2008). Unfortunately it is not the great victory in which one might think because of the total militarization of all local and State police forces all across America.
Will there be martial law? Is martial law coming soon to America? When you see law enforcement being armed with automatic weapons, bullet proof vests and riot gear in small towns that have not had a murder or crime in years, then you have to ask yourself why.
The United States has more people locked up in prisons today than Russia and China combined. It comes out to one in every hundred Americans is behind bars. Our once great country that our ancestors fought and died for has become exactly the tyrants they were fighting. Fascists! When has America ever used words like Homeland? Never!
If you spend a few weeks reading all the info, watching the videos and following the links at The U.A.F.F., you will then have a better understanding of what has led to The Decline And Fall Of America. Remember that Knowledge is power! Learn, look, listen, read, share, prepare, train, stock up on food and water supply for one year.
Fill your pantry with non perishable foods, medicines, cooking oils, tinned meats and veggies. Flour, oats dried corn peas, beans and lentils.. Teach your self how to preserve food for storage. Check out your local potable/ drinking water supplies, non perfumed chlorine bleach is a good sterilizer for water, about 2 teaspoons full per 2 gallon bucket, stirred well and allowed to stand for at least 24 hours with a lid on it or until it no longer smells of bleach. Boiling water helps but it is not always enough to kill off the bacteria which can resist high temperatures.
Americans have been warned for years of the things to come, but have blindly looked away from the truth, which has been available for all to see. There are no more excuses not to prepare for the possible future. The time to act is now before it is too late. Imam Anwar al-’Awlaki: Is the Franklin morphing into the Washington?!

For those readers outside of the US who have no clue what the title of this post is talking about: Benjamin Franklin is the US statesman who is featured on the face of the $100 bill and George Washington is on the $1 bill.
Even though I am not an economist there is an issue on this topic that I would like to share with my brothers and sisters. Gold has been recognized as currency for thousands of years. FIAT money (Paper money) is a new invention and is only worth the political and economical strength of its issuers and the trust the world has in this political and economical strength. That is obviously the case with nations that issue paper money without gold backing such as the US.
Because the US economy is the powerhouse of the world and is the greatest economy on the face of the planet its currency enjoys the trust of the world. It has become the most recognized and it is the world’s foremost reserve currency. Today rather than commodities being valued in gold or silver they are valued in dollars. Oil for example is priced in dollars. In fact gold itself is priced in dollars.
The Messenger of Allah says: Allah has destined that whatever goes up must come down. Therefore if the US falls politically or economically the dollar falls with it.
Today America is the home of an interesting assortment of sins that are handpicked from all over the nations that existed before us: the obstinacy of the people of Nuh; the arrogance of the people of Aad; the rejection of Allah’s signs by the people of Thamud; the sodomy of the people of Lut; the financial deviance of the people of Shuayb as America is the biggest dealer and promoter of the interest based economy; the oppression of Abu Jahl et al; the greed, deception, love of the temporal life, and the bogusness of the children of Israel; along with the arrogance of the Pharaoh who had the misled notion that just because he is the leader of the most powerful nation on earth and is at the top the greatest army of his time he can somehow defeat the servants of Allah.
Brothers and Sisters this leads to the belief that the punishment of Allah is hovering over America. When? And how? Allah knows best.
So if you are one of those unfortunate folks who turned out to be living in the wrong place at the wrong time then it is advisable for you to leave. That is obviously if you take heed. Many don’t and are still living the utopia of the American dream. I am not talking about Mo and Mike who are still shaking to the tunes of MTV with their coke and big mac and are only Muslim by name, but I am talking about the practicing Muslims who sadly enough still think that the America of George W is the Abyssinia of the Negus.
Hijra for the sake of Allah will continue until the day of Judgment. If you leave with the intention of forsaking the people of sin and protecting your family from evil you would be rewarded abundantly. But not everyone has the capacity to make hijra just like there were some Muslims who could not make hijra from Makkah at the time of Rasulullah. So for those who cannot they should pray to Allah to make a way out for them and protect them from the people of transgression.
If you are a person whom Allah has bestowed wealth upon then you should avoid owning property in the US and you should diversify out of the dollar into gold and silver. Gold and silver have retained there value over history and there is no reason to think that they would not do the same in the future. In addition to this being the prudent thing to do from a financial point of view, it is also the recommended thing to do Islamicly. Muslims should not be supporting the economy of a nation that is fighting them.
Finally, for those who are contemplating purchasing a home in the US based on mortgage which is a clear form of Riba they should fear Allah. In addition to it being one of the most evil sins in Islam it is putting money in the wrong place. Allah says that He will destroy Riba. It is a promise from Allah. There is no blessing in anything based on it. What is happening in the US nowadays is a testimony to that.
Do the disbelievers think for a second that they are safe from the punishment of Allah? Nay, the punishment of Allah is near.

Identifying Government Scholars and Clarifying Their Purpose September 15, 2008

1. His authority over the country and its people, even though he legislates against what Allah has revealed, which is a clear kufr, under the Islamic Sharia. This nullifies his position as a leader of Muslims.
2. Cloaking him with qualities and titles, which deceive the Muslims and hinder them from fulfilling their obligations to Allah to keep the Sharia intact.
3. Calling those who challenge his authority after he commits such crimes as khawaarij and disobedient to the amir of the Muslims, i.e. him.
4. Then they approve the killing and torture of those righteous Muslims who demand adherence to Allah’s Law, whom they deceitfully defined as Khawaarij.
5. Although they might match Islamic Law most of the time, in the particulars, their main function is to screen the leader from being harmed, challenged or ultimately removed. (Allahs Governance on Earth)
Few Statements from Past ‘Ulama
Imaam Muhammad al Qurtubi:
“The ‘Ulama have said, ‘One who is an Imaam for an oppressive ruler, prayer is not to be made behind him unless he reveals his excuse or reason why (he is an imaam for the oppressive ruler) or he repents from it.” (Jaami’ ul Ahkaam ul Fiqhiyyah Vol 2)
Imaam Ibn Taymiyyahs Verdict on Such Individuals:
“Whenever the ‘aalim follows the judgment of the ruler, and leaves off his knowledge, in contradiction to the Book of Allah and the Sunna of His Messenger, he is a kaafir (an unbeliever) and a murtadd (an apostate), who deserves to be punished in this life and the Hereafter. This rule can also be applied with regard to the group of scholars who jumped and joined the Mongols due to fear of them and that they wanted to take benefit from them. These scholars made the excuse that some of the Mongols were speaking the Shahaada (testimony of faith) and that they were Muslims.” (Majmu’a Fataawa Vol. 35)
COMMENT: Replace the Mongols and the scholars of the past with our current regimes and scholars that rule over Muslim lands (Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Egypt, Syria, Algeria etc.)

Almansuur entered in to Sufyan Atthawree Rahimahullah and said to him: Ya Sufyan, What are you in need of?
Sufyan replied him: And would you give it to me (if I asked you)?
He said: yes,
Then Sufyan asked him: Do not come to me unless I ask for you, and do not send to me unless I ask you.
So when Almansuur returned (to where he came from) he said: “We have chased every single bird, and have caught them all, except for Sufyan”
These people are indeed like poultry. Rather they are like chickens in the fields. They (the rulers) raise them by what they give them of food, and they slaughter them whenever they wish in whatever manner they wish. And the salaf Ridwanullahi ‘Alayhim would know of this, rather they knew about this specific matter and understood it from the innermost part of their hearts.
…And look at the day where Sulayman ibn ‘Abdil-Malik stood infront of Abee Hazem salmah bin Dinaar, he said to him: “Ya Aba Hazem, what is it with you, since you do not come (to visit us)?
He answered: May Allah keep you free from lies ya Ameer Almu’mineen. Since when have I known you to come for a visit?
He (sulayman) said to him: “ya Aba Hazem, what is the matter with us since we hate death and love life?.
Aba Hazem answered: “Li’annakum Akhrabtum Ukhraakum Wa A’martum Dunyakum (Because you have destroyed your akhirah, and have build on your dunya-living), so you hate the mooving from your buildings to your destructions.”
Here one of the guards put his hand on his sword, ready to pull it out - and whereas he said: “Let me cut off his neck ya Ameer Almu’mineen, he has offended you” -
Abu Hazem Rahimahullah shouted out: “REMAIN SILENT,
verily Fir’awn destroyed Hamaan.” Afterwards Aba Hazem gave him much advice, and told him: “ya Ghulaam, your fathers have taken this matter by their blood, so correct your intuitions And fear Allah in your charges”.
Then Sulayman said: “ya ghulaam, bring forward 100 dinaar”, and continued: “Accept this ya Aba Hazem”.
So Abu Hazem took it, and looked at it: “Is this the price for giving a naseeha (an advice)?. The drinking of Wine, the eating of pork and blood would be more permitted for me than this. Wine, pork and blood would be more permitted for me than this. Take it back to your master, so it could be in the hands of the ones most worthy of it.”
O my brethren, ward yourselves from this: this is a hidden danger which could easily be your clothing, much of it which leads you astray from your path, and much of it mooves you away from the truth. Be careful of this and do not be of those who love appearance (/being known). And Imam Ahmad Rahimahullah, if he walked the streets, he would walk between the bearers and the workers, so as he would not be recognized.O my brethren:

Once a man came to complain to Imam Ahmad Rahimahullah, he said: Ya Imam, I fear Assultan, the ruler. - (our days it is from the ntelligence/mukhabarat) - so imam Ahmad told him; If your heart
was on guidance then you would not fear anyone. If your heart was right (on a straight path) then you would not fear, is this not true ya Uways Alqarni? So he said: if your heart was on guidance then you would not fear anyone.
And how should I fear those whom you associate in worship with Allâh (though they can neither benefit nor harm), while you fear not that you have joined in worship with Allâh things for which He has not sent down to you any authority. (So) which of the two parties has more right to be in security? If you but know
It is those who believe (in the Oneness of Allâh and worship none but Him Alone) and confuse not their belief with Zulm (wrong i.e. by worshipping others besides Allâh), for them (only) there is security and they are the guided.
(suratu Alan’aam, ayah 81-82)
Then for whom is the safety ? Is it for the men of security, whos job is merely to cut the strings of comfort and safety off this nation? “It is those who believe and confuse not their belief with Zulm for them (only) there is security and they are the guided¨” “So which of the two parties has more right to be in security? “. You do not fear asshirk which you have performed, should I then fear these statues you worship? Which of the two parties has more right to be safe? Who’s The One you should be afraid of, and be shy from and fear? Allaah or The Spiders Web? And for whoever rely on the Tawagheet from this Earth, listen to the follow ayah:
The likeness of those who take (false deities as) Auliyâ’ (protectors, helpers) other than Allâh is as the likeness of a spider who builds (for itself) a house; but verily, the frailest (weakest) of houses is the spider’s house - if they but knew.
(Suratu Al’Ankabout, ayah 41)
Every sultan of this world, unless he has Allaah on his side, then he is like this spiders house, so who is superior in strength? The one who holds in the rope of Allah:
And hold fast to the Rope of Allâh
(Suratu Al-An’aam ayah 103)
Or the one who holds on to the strings of the spider? Whos the strongest one from these two? The one who holds on The Most Trustworthy Handhold or the one who holds on a spiders web? If the wind passed by and took your tent With it, then what would it not do With a spiders web? Look at the many pegs which keeps the tent stedfast, and the many ropes which tightens it up, but still when the strong wind comes, it destroy it all, then how is it not With the one who holds on a spiders web? What will he do?
So hold on to the rope of Allah, you hold on The Most Trustworthy Hold (Al’urwati Alwithqa), and leave for the people the spiders strings…
There is no compulsion in religion. Verily, the Right Path has become distinct from the wrong path. Whoever disbelieves in Tâghût and believes in Allâh, then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold that will never break. And Allâh is All-Hearer, All-Knower.
(Suratu Al-Baqarah; Ayah 256)
Look at the rope which you wish to climb, why will it be easy for you to climb it? It is because your hands are holden on a strong rope, therefor start With your heart, guide and protect it from the poisened arrows and almuharamat (the forbidden acts)…
