A brother asked if all the Shuhada’ show signs of martyrdom such as the smell of musk, or blood flow after a long period of death, or the body not decomposing.
The admin of the forum, may Allah preserve him and raise his status on Youm al-Qiyamah, replied,
There is no authentic Hadith (as I read) that describes the signs of martyrdom.
Rather, the Sahabah used to call everyone died in the battlefield as a Shahid, not depending on these signs, but just on the apparent reason for his fight (i.e. for the sake of Allah).
And he quoted the hadeeth:
Book 1. Faith.
Hadith 0209. (Sahih Muslim)
It is narrated on the authority of ‘Umar b. Khattab that when it was the day of Khaibar a party of Companions of the Apostle (may peace be upon him) came there and said: So and so is a martyr, till they happened to pass by a man and said: So and so is a martyr. Upon this the Messenger of Allah remarked: Nay, not so verily I have seen him in the Fire for the garment or cloak that he had stolen from the booty, Then the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: Umar son of Khattab, go and announce to the people that none but the believers shall enter Paradise. He (’Umar b. Khattab) narrated: I went out and proclaimed: Verily none but the believers would enter Paradise.
And he said,
So if it is necessary that every martyr would show a sign, then the Sahaba would not fall into such a mistake.
After all, Allah knows best.

The actual release of the video was much before the creation of the Islaamic State of ‘Iraaq. In fact, it was released during the era of Imaam Abu Mus’ab al-Zarqawi, may Allah have mercy upon him, when he was the leader of Jama’at at-Tawheed wal Jihaad. This was when the Jihaad in ‘Iraaq was in its earliest stages.
The hadeeth which Shaykh Usaamah mentions in the beginning is one of the most beautiful ahadeeth regarding Jihaad fe Sabeelillaah. One can imagine the mountain stacks of good deeds that our brothers on the frontlines are recieving from Allah Ta’aalaa…
As for the Shaykh, he is Abu Anas al-Shaamee, may Allah have mercy upon him. He was one of the few ‘Ulema who realized that his duty as a Scholar was not only to teach the Muslims about their Religion but also to defend them and establish the Shari’ah in the Shari’ah-empty world. He fought in ‘Iraaq and died as a Shaheed there, inshaa’Allaah.

Here is the translation done by al-Firdaws English Forum (with minor corrections from us):
Ummah of Islam,
When we declared the establishment of the Islamic State, and that it is a state for migration and Jihad, we were not lying to Allah, then to the people, and we were not talking about jumbled dreams, but we are, by the Grace of Allah, the best who can understand the Sunnah of Allah in this Jihad. This understanding is based on the blood of the Mujahideen, from the migrants and supporters, after their morality and creed.
When we declared the establishment of the State of Islam, we were not only trying to pick the fruit after its ripeness, but indeed the fruit has fallen freely and so we picked it before it would fall into the mud, and it became in our hands safe and clean.
So what happened after the collapse of the Soviet Union and the scattering of the Islamic nations away from the communist center? It fell as a prey for communism and secularism.
And what happened after the Mujahideen, from migrants and supporters, approached the capital of Serbia in the Bosnia’s war? Simply, the so-called Peace Dayton accords happened.
And what happened after the falling of the fruit in Afghanistan and the defeat of the enemy on the days of Al-Ahzab? It is killing, destruction, ravaging, and it is still a disgrace in the forehead of everyone who participated in it.
Ummah of Islam.. we have decided not to repeat this disaster, and that the fruit would not be lost, as the true believer cannot be harmed from the same place twice.
And the State of Islam will remain.
Will remain.. because it was built on the body-pieces of the martyrs, and was irrigated with their bloods, and inside it the market of Jannah was founded.
Will remain.. because Allah’s support for this Jihad is clearer than the sun in the middle of the sky.
Will remain.. because it was not polluted with prohibited money or a heretic creed.
Will remain.. with the honesty of the leaders who sacrificed their blood, and the honesty of the soldiers who lift it with their arms, we think so, and Allah is their Judge.
Will remain.. because it is the unity of the Mujahideen and the shelter of the feeble ones.
Will remain.. because Islam ascends and raises, and the cloud is fading out, and the Kufr is getting defeated and exposed.
Will remain.. because it is the prayer of the persecuted, and the tear of the women who lost their sons, and the scream of the prisoners, and the hope of the orphans.
Will remain.. because the Kufr with all its sects and beliefs has assembled against us, and every deviant, desire-follower and coward started to inveigh and revile it, therefore we got to believe certainly about the rectitude of the goal and the purity of the path.
Will remain.. because we have a strong faith that Allah will not break the hearts of the weak Muwahiddeen, and He will not make the tyrants happy for our loss.
Will remain.. Because Allah promised in His authentic Book and said: “Allah hath promised such of you as believe and do good works that He will surely make them to succeed (the present rulers) in the earth even as He caused those who were before them to succeed others); and that He will surely establish for them their religion which He hath approved for them, a will give them in exchange safety after their fear. They serve Me. They ascribe no thing as partner unto Me. Those who disbelieve henceforth, they are the miscreants.” [24:55]

Alhamdullilah, al-Firdaws English Forum is back up and running.
The Admin of Al-Firdaws apologizes to some members who registered in the last a few hours before the closure of registration, as they were lost due to some mistakes.
And he apologizes to those who forgot their passwords, as their mail service is not active yet, so they cannot retrieve their passwords, but inshaa’Allaah it will be activated within a few days.

This is a debate happened between me and an ignorant about our beliefs, and Alhamdulillah it was easy to convince him.
Ignorant: You Salafis are Takfeeris, how dare you call the one who says “La ilaha illa Allah” a Kafir?? Do not you fear Allah?? Only Allah knows what is inside people’s heart.. you cannot call anyone a Kafir unless you know what is in their heart, and this is impossible.
Me: Ok, tell me, If someone says: “La ilaha illa Allah” yet he still believes that Jesus is the son of God.. will this be a Muslim?
Ignorant: No, for sure not..
Me: So we realise that the one who has Kufr beliefs is a Kafir, even if he already said the Shahadah.. right?
Ignorant: Yes, that is right.
Me: So.. what about someone who says the Shahadah yet insulted Allah (swt) and Islam.. will this be considered a Muslim?
Ignorant: For sure not.
Me: So we realise that the one who speaks clear Kufr is a Kafir, even if he says the Shahadah, right?
Ignorant: Yes, that is right.
Me: And what about someone who already said the Shahada, yet he prostrates to an idol, and treads on the Qur’an deliberately.. is he a Muslim?
Ignorant: No he is not.

This is an interesting debate happened between me and a Talafi (i.e. someone who claims to be a Salafi yet he is not).
Me: Why do you call us Khawarij, yet we do not call those who commit Kabaer (i.e. big sins) Kuffar? We only call those who fall in Kufr Kuffar, after looking into the conditions and preventives of Takfeer.
Him: Because you call the rulers Kuffar and rebel against them, and this is exactly the Aqeedah of Khawarij.
Me: This is nonsense my friend, because you are looking at the ruler as a divine person who cannot fall into Kufr.. tell me then, is the ruler a human being that might disbelieve in Allah at anytime?
Him: Yes he is.. but ruling with man-made law is not major Kufr, but you make it major Kufr.. and this is the Aqeedah of Khawarij.
Me: Ok, that is fine.. Do you consider Sheikh Muhammad bin Ibrahim (ra) a great scholar?
Him: Yes he is, he is the Shiekh of Ibn Bazz.
Me: Do you know that in his message: “Imposing the man-made law for judgement” he said that rulig with man-made law is Kufr Akbar, and it is the worst type of all the 6 types he mention?.. also when he was asked about Turkey, he said it was a Kafir country because it ruled with man-made law, and he issued a Fatwa of the obligation of Hijrah from Turkey.

This is quite an important news item to be aware of since these Munaafiqeen like to think of us as idiots who have no evidences for what we say.

Kafir Saudi government has established the biggest website on the Internet to debate the “Takfirs and Jihadis”, and that website claimed to convert hundreds of “zealous youths” who were “trapped” by the “Khawarij”.
That website has a hot-line service and there are scholars over there to talk with YOU if you wish to be “guided”.. ummm.. not to heaven, but to.. HELL.
As Allah (swt) said:
Ø£ÙوْلَـئÙÙƒÙŽ يَدْعÙونَ Ø¥ÙÙ„ÙŽÙ‰ النَّار٠وَاللّه٠يَدْعÙÙˆÙŽ Ø¥ÙÙ„ÙŽÙ‰ الْجَنَّة٠وَالْمَغْÙÙرَة٠بÙØ¥ÙذْنÙÙ‡Ù ÙˆÙŽÙŠÙبَيّÙن٠آيَاتÙÙ‡Ù Ù„Ùلنَّاس٠لَعَلَّهÙمْ يَتَذَكَّرÙونَ [البقرة : 221]
(02:221). …These invite unto the Fire, and Allah inviteth unto the Garden, and unto forgiveness by His grace, and expoundeth thus His revelations to mankind that haply they may remember.
They published a debate with a “Takfiri” occurred on their hot-line service, and they claimed that this “Takfiri” changed his mind and followed the “right path”.

The funny thing is.. if you read this debate you will find how vapid it is, with no single evidence from Qur’an and Sunnah.. just to show the masses that we people are ignorant and zealous and have no Islamic knowledge at all.
