A Statement about changing the Algerian constitution:
There is no doubt that our brethren in Algeria pursue bitterly the presidential atrocities and the political farces that happen nowadays in Algeria in the name of the Ummah, and in the name of national will, while the Ummah is innocent of it.
As this president and those military leaders who support him refused to retire after 10 years of their oppressive reign, and insisted continuing to stand on the chests of Muslims, holding firmly to the mantle of authority and refusing to leave it, using an explicit contravention to the clauses of their constitution which they preferred to the Book of Allah (swt), and the Sunnah of His Messenger (saas).
And because they are used to committing massacres in the name of Algeria, they did not hesitate once more to offend their constitution and change its clauses , in a way which will guarantee their stay in authority in the name of: “the highest interest of the country, and responding to the ” will of nation”, as they claim.
What this exposed tyrant did with his criminal gang , with the looting of authority, and their clear underestimation of the will of the Ummah, and its consciousness and feeling. And through the murky events that occurred during the changing of the Constitution, all of these events impel us to show the following remarks:
1- The man-made Constitution in the apostate regime that rules the countries of Muslims, including Algeria, has a high rank in the eyes of these traitor presidents and is put above the rank of the Noble Qur’an and the Pure Sunnah (Evil is their ordinance).
2- In spite of the efforts made to cover the continuation with “sacredness”, it was changed 5 times after the fake Independence.
3- All the changes made were in the name of the national will. But in actual fact they were revealed to be nothing but the rulers lusts and desires.
4- It is the first time they referred to the parliament to pass the constitutional change, instead of doing a general poll because of the fear of a boycott, which would have became a real threat for the apostates.
5- Before presenting the enterprise of changes to the parliament, it’s members’ consciences were bought with bribes in the form of very generous additions in salaries and bonuses, at a time when teachers and professors were rewarded with drubbing.(negligence)
6- The constitutional assembly is a foundation that lacks the minimum level of justification just like the parliament, where it is possible to authorize something, and its contradiction if the order is from a higher authority.
7- Accumulating this vast amount of authority in the hand of an unstable president, is clear evidence of the dire treachery to the Ummah and the obvious playing with the destiny of Muslims.
8- The Muslim nation is a neglected value in the balance of this regime, and they only mention it for official occasions at the front to complete this farce of a play
O Our beloved Muslim Ummah:
The impostor of this era who reached the stage of leadership through fabrication and the support of militants, could strengthen the mainstays of apostasy and innovation, with the pillars of treachery and it’s agency. And with the fundamentals of immorality and depravity, with the mainstays of looting and spoiling of the Muslims’ wealth, and the pillars of poverty and starving of a Muslim nation,despite reserve funds reaching 140 billion Dollars
And briefly, the damned “achievements” which this president can flaunt, is the success in making firm the mainstays of the corrupt tyrant regime, on all levels
So it was better for him to just leave without anyone being sorry for him, so that he would have a seat with his predecessors amongst traitors and agents in the garbage of history.
O our beloved Muslim Ummah:
Painful experiences have taught you, that these elections are just deceptive actions which will instate the candidates of real rulers of the militants, within the field authorized by the west.
Therefore it is a must for our Muslim brethren to make a stand for Allah first, and then for the history. And shout all together, as one, at the agent’s face: “O tyrant,you can take your justification of support given to from the west, but you will never gain it from the support of the Muslim Ummah, as the era of fabrication and lies has gone”
And Allah was predominant in his career, but most of mankind know not. (12:21).
And Praise be to Allah.

The Incursion Of Revenge For The Group Of Martyrs In Tizzi Wizzo
Killing more than 130 renegades, wounding more than 100, and destroying 3 barracks along with several vehicles.
Almighty Allah said: [09:14]- Fight them! Allah will chastise them at your hands, He will lay them low, give you victory over them, and He will heal the breasts of folk who are believers.
A new glad tiding we offer to our Muslim brothers, to please them and infuriate the Kuffar and Murtaddeen. It comes at the time when the blood of the martyrs in the Islamic West has not dried yet.
The lions of the Al-Qaa’idah Organization In The Islamic West carried out a series of successful military operations in the interval between the 7th to the 20th of Sha’baan, 1429 H. They occurred within the “Revenge” battle which was declared for the first time this year by the leader of this organization: Shaykh Abu Mus’ab ‘Abdul Wadoud, May Allah protect him, as a response to the cowardly operation carried out by the army of apostasy and criminality in Tizzi Wizzo state, where 12 Mujahideen who were from the elite of the youth of Islam were killed. May Allah have a wide mercy on them all, and accommodate them in the highest places in Jannah, Ameen.

This has to be the greatest interview we’ve read after a very long time. His responses are beautiful and it strengthens ones Imaan just reading his words as his Yaqeen is spilling over the monitor. He also makes some very important points such as the issue of killing civilians as well as the Americans who are creating bases in Southern Algeria. Please pass this interview on to others. We ask Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta’aalaa to bless the Jihaad in Algeria and to grant them victory over the Kuffaar and Murtadoon.

An Interview With Abdelmalek Droukdal

Following is a transcript of audio responses to questions from The New York Times for Abdelmalek Droukdal, the leader of Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb. The responses were in Arabic and were translated by The New York Times.
The New York Times: Why did you join Al Qaeda?
Abdelmalek Droukdal: Praise to God and peace and blessing be upon God’s prophet, his family, his companions and his allies. As for the answer to your question, why did we join Al Qaeda? We say, why shouldn’t we join Al Qaeda? God ordered us to be united, to be allied, to cooperate and fight against the idolaters in straight lines. The same way they fight us in military allies and economic and political mass-groupings. Why shouldn’t we join our brothers while almost all these nations got united against the Muslims and separated them, and divided their land, and took away Al Aksa mosque out of their hands, and consumed their goodness, and destroyed their morals? Then look at the crimes that happen in Gaza and Iraq and Afghanistan, and Somalia and others places. These crimes are committed by the Jew-crusader ally. But when the Muslims get together to defend themselves, they blame them for getting together and accused them with mass-grouping, and made an approach about their unity. Yes, we see that it’s our duty to join Al Qaeda so that we can have our fight under one flag and one leadership in order to get ready for the confrontation. An ally is faced by another ally, and unity is faced by unity. The joining was a legitimate necessity by the book of our God and the sunnah of our prophet, peace and blessing be upon him. It was a mindful necessity imposed by the actual reality and the international system that is full with injustice against the Muslims. Many analysts and observers are mistaken when they think that our joining was a result of secular accounts and self interests. We are a jihadi ancestral community. We rely on legitimacy (from religion) before anything else as a base of our decisions.
The New York Times: What have you gained from your relation with Al Qaeda, and conversely what has Al Qaeda gained from your joining?
Abdelmalek Droukdal: As we mentioned in our previous answer that our joining to Al Qaeda wasn’t a deal that we try to gain something out of it, as many of those who call themselves experts in jihadi groups promote. In reality, they are way far from the real understanding of the jihadi ancestral movement. We say that we realized and we got from this joining many goals. The most important one is that we believe that we won and acquired the pleasure of God by following his order. God’s says “hold on to the rope of God and do not be dispersed.” If there was nothing to realize from this joining except following the order of this verse, we would never hesitate to do so.
Secondly, we realized a condition and a reason for victory. If difference and division are causes of weakness and defeat as it was mentioned in our religion “And fall into no disputes, lest ye lose heart and your power departs.” (Koran: Chapter 8, Verse 46). Unity is a reason of strength and victory. This is a universal norm that even the infidels are aware of. All these mass-groupings and the international alliances are proof of that. We Muslims must be the ones who apply this universal norm.
Thirdly, by this unity we brought grief and sorrow to our enemies the Jews and apostates and crusaders.
These are some of the most important goals, which are many, thank god. We hope that we got our God’s pleasure, and the confidence of our nation, and that we made terrorized our enemy.
Al-Qaa’idah of Algeria:: The raid of ‘Abdur Rahmaan Al-Thulathi June 17, 2008

The raid of Abdur Rahmaan Al-Thulathi
(The death of 2 French and 37 apostates along with the injury of 10’s)
Praise is to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds and the Final Victory is for the Fearful [of Allah], and there is no aggression except upon the transgressors, and peace and blessings on our Prophet, Muhammad and his family and pure and righteous companions and who tool to their path until the Day of Judgment.
To proceed,
Our beloved Ummah, there again are the lions of Islam from your righteous sons, creating every day an epic, and framing with their blood and bodies most wonderful portraits of sacrifice and forfeiting, to repel the attack of disbelief and apostasy that has conspired to snatch and assassinate you.
And we, in this statement, give you the glad tidings of the end of the raid of Martyr Abdur Rahmaan Al Thulathi, in which the grandsons of Tariq bin Ziyad avenged for a leader from their leaders as they had formerly threatened and promised… the raid that was brought to an end just as the Mujahideen had planned, resulting in a heavy harvest from the apostates and their masters. It also revealed the extent of misguidance and concealment of the security news that has started bothering the sleep of the tyrants.
- The first target of the raid was the cavern of the Republican guards in the Kaifan tower in the capital of Algeria. This cavern is a school for around 3,000 militants. After follow up, preparation and tracking of 4 months, the Mujahideen discovered 2 weak spots in it. First, the overcrowding of its main gate at the time of its closure in the evening every Wednesday where they face inspection at this door. The second was the gathering of these apostates at a café very close to the cavern, which the Mujahideen confirmed that none of the common Muslims come to and its always being visited by militants only. So the Mujahideen decided to attack these two points with two martyrdom operations.
On Wednesday evening, the 4th of June 2008, the heroic martyrdom operator Yusuf Abu Baseer Al Aasmi marched forward wearing his detonated belt to attack the preys from the apostates who had gathered at the main gate and was able to, by the grace of Allah, plunge into them and blow himself amidst them. A few moments after him, the martyrdom operator, the lion, Ibrahim Al Adham who was in the café surrounded by another group of apostates, blew his detonated belt to vex in them leaving behind dead and injured. The martyrdom operations, as per our correspondent on the field, resulted in the harvest of more than 23 apostates from the Republican guards and injuring 10’s of them.
- The Mujahideen performed the second operation in this raid on the following day on 5th June 2008, whereof a severely explosive bomb was blown on a convoy of the apostate army in Raas Janaat (Bomardas). The explosion led to the death and injury of more than 14 militants and to Allah is all praise.
- The third operation in this raid was carried out by the Mujahideen on two French crusaders working in the company of Raazaal in Bani Imraan (Bomardas) as after preparation and accurate follow up the Mujahideen decided to target the French delegation surrounded with huge security by their apostate slaves. The Mujahideen planted two severely explosive bombs not very far from the cavern of the apostates in Bani Imran.
- On Sunday 8 June 2008, the Mujahideen blew the first bomb on a French car and when the apostates interfered, the Mujahideen stood defiant against them and blew the second bomb. The total harvest was 2 French and 8 apostates with the injury of an unknown number of them.
So, with this operation, the harvest of the raid of the martyr Abdur Rahaman was 37 militants and two French leaving 10’s of injured in the ranks of the enemy.
From the blessings of the raid was the stoppage of the functioning of the French company that the Mujahideen had so long been warning of its presence and its likes, from the Christian companies, and they had cleared several times that these are legitimate targets for the Mujahideen and that the apostates will not be able to, by the power of Allah and His ability, provide protection to them.
Also from the blessings of this raid is the running down of terror and nervousness in the ranks of the Republican guards who did not expect that the Mujahideen would reach such fortified and secure spots.
This raid revealed the level of media concealing and misguidance that is practiced by the apostates about the attacks of the heroic Mujahideen and it showed how much is the psychosis that they face whenever some of their losses is revealed before the general public and how they struggle with all their strength to conceal the security information and to implement their lies on the people.
For the interior ministry lied when it concealed the presence of another martyrdom operator in the operation on the Republican guards, who succeeded in tearing the gathering present at the café, and then the lies extends concerning the harvest of the operation of which they did not even declare 1/10th, aided by a security belt that was put on the area, and no reporter was given the information of the apparent losses. The interior ministry lied again in the harvest of the operation of Bani Imran and refuted the news of the French agency that was close to truth. The Mujahideen are amazed at their refutations while they were seeing with their own eyes the bodies of the two French and the 8 militants that was spread over the scene of the attack.
The Communication ministry called and froze the license of the correspondent of the French agency to impose formally the National lie of the State and to tame the other external media sources. As for the rest of the interior media sources then they have been tamed long ago, and spread the daily lie of the killing of an imaginary number of Mujahideen through the combings of the apostates that always result in zeros and wind.
And here as usual, every time we expose the series of endless lies and falseness, and reveal that these apostates are nothing but bats that are harmed by the light of reality whenever the sun rises in the world of people.
So congrats to you O Mujahideen for your raid and your fighting, and congrats to you for exposing and revealing what is hidden of the apostates, and May Allah accept our martyrs Abu Baseer and Ibrahim, for they were ideals in everything from manners, giving, patience and hastening towards the hereafter. We pray to Allah to grant them the high station of Firdaws with the beloveds, Prophet Muhammad and his companions
And to the crusaders and their slaves from the apostates, we say- take glad tidings of what will harm you for the battalions of faith have pledged to target you and to stop your deception against the Ummah of Islam and we are coming by the Will of Allah, so dig your graves
O Allah, grant victory to the Mujahideen everywhere and aid them with help from you
O Allah, take on the Jews and Christians and their slaves from the apostates
Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest
And glory is for Allah, his messenger and the Mujahideen

A young pillar of Islaam… April 4, 2008
